Big Diggs Landscaping & Lawn Care is a family business rooted in Northern Colorado — bringing back the kind of reliable, transparent yard work you thought was gone for good.

How we got here:

Big Diggs started with a simple goal: build something that would let our family thrive on our own terms. My wife, Eleanora, has the heart of a homemaker — gifted, driven, and called to raise and homeschool our kids. Making that possible meant I needed to step up as the provider, and I wasn't willing to leave that to chance.

A series of "happenstances" had already occurred that only God could have orchestrated — from a mom-and-pop operation to City of Loveland crews, over 10 years of hands-on landscaping and lawn care experience accumulated without me even realizing where it was leading.

There came a moment when our first child was about 8 months old that was the turning point for us: Eleanora was working a corporate job she loved, but we were both burned out trying to care for the baby, she was the main bread winner when she wanted to be home, and God made it clear that this wasn’t His plan for us - something had to change. When I prayed about how to make things work for our family, God opened a door - and it turned out to be one He'd been preparing for years.

Today, Eleanora is home with our kids, putting her skills to work behind the scenes, and I'm out building something we're proud of — for our family, and for yours.

What we built:

I wanted this company to be more than just another big lawn care giant - I wanted to bring back the kind of yard work you thought didn't exist anymore. I'm not a call center, an app, or a franchise. I'm your neighbor — and I still believe that showing up on time and doing what you said you'd do is just how business works.

I don't run the flashiest company in Northern Colorado. No fancy upsells, no surprise add-ons. Just a hard-working team doing reliable, honest, affordable work you can trust.
